We first start by dusting your rug thoroughly front and back, then we hand clean using our own solution that my father and grandfather mixed the same way. After cleaning the rug, we hang to dry at room temperature. After the rug is dry, we pull the rug and brush the pile to lift it up and clean the fringes and your rug comes out beautiful! This process takes a little longer, but we feel it is the best way to produce the best result.
