The Eways family has been professionally hand cleaning area rugs for over 100 years. We still mix the same cleaning solution that Frank’s grandfather, Salem Eways, mixed years ago. Our cleaning process is 100% green and environmentally safe for children and pets.

Our Cleaning Process:

Step 1: Pick Up or Drop Off

Schedule a pick up or drop off time at your convenience.

*Please have all rugs clear of any furniture and other obstacles/breakables at time of pick up*

Step 2: Evaluate

We will thoroughly evaluate each rug to ensure the correct cleaning method.

Step 3: Vacuum

Our process of air dusting and vacuuming eliminates harmful dust, bacteria, and particulates that cause poor air quality and health issues.

Step 4: Gently Hand Wash

Our cleaning process is 100% green and environmentally safe for children and pets.

Step 5: Dry

After washing, rugs are then hung up to dry in a controlled air setting.

Step 6: Fringe Cleaning

We thoroughly clean the fringes and restore them to their original luster.

Step 7: Final Vacuum

Final vacuum to collect any dust and loose particles.

Step 8: Drop Off or Pick Up

We deliver right to you or you are more than welcome to pick up in store at your convenience.

Step 9: Ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction

This process may take a little longer than some mass production facilities but we believe that the best touch is a personal touch. Each rug that comes to us for cleaning and/or repair is treated with the personal attention to detail that only we can provide.
